MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY
Sam Morse
Junior - Camden, NY/Camden
- Sam Morse helped lead the Golden Knights to their fourth straight Heron Invitational title by finishing the 8-kilometer race in just over 28 minutes. Clarkson scored just 21 points, easily defeating the three other competing teams.
WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY
Marianna Worczak
Junior - Eden, NY/Immaculate Academy
- Marianna Worczak was the third place finisher at the Heron Invitational, leading Clarkson to its fourth straight title at the event. She was the top runner for the Golden Knights, which finished third through eighth at Seneca Falls.
MEN'S HOCKEY
David Leggio
Freshman, Goaltender - Buffalo, NY/Capital District Selects
- Making his first collegiate start, David Leggio backboned the Knights to a 4-3 victory over Niagara on Saturday behind a 25-save effort, including 12 stops in the third period.
WOMEN'S HOCKEY
Lindsay Williams
Sophomore, Left Wing - Mississauga, ONT/Mississauga Jr. Chiefs
- Clarkson's captain, Lindsay Williams hlped to lead the Knights to two strong efforts at #8-ranked Mercyhurst over the weekend. Williams scored Clarkson's lone goal in Friday's 2-1 loss to the Lakers in Erie, PA.
