Four Years That Will Last a Lifetime
SENIOR YEAR (2006-07)—Emerged as a standout goaltender for the Golden Knights midway through the season, handling the starting duties in the absence of injured Kira Hurley … Posted 10 straight wins from early November through the opening of the New Year … Made 16 saves In her first
start of the season, and first start since December 10, 2005, a 1-0 victory over Robert Morris, snapping a three-game Clarkson winless streak … Also shutout Niagara (12/8) and Northeastern (1/5), 5-0, behind 15-save outings … Posted a season-high 31 saves in 4-2 win over Yale (12/1) and followed with 23 stops in 4-1 victory over Brown (12/2) … Finished the year with a .917 save percentage and a 1.59 goals against average en route to an 11-3 record … Selected to the ECACHL Honor Roll four times (11/13, 11/28, 12/4, 12/11).
JUNIOR YEAR (2005-06)—Saw limited playing time in a backup role to All-America Kira Hurley … Recorded some impressive numbers when see did see time in the Clarkson crease … Totaled 245:11 of playing time in seven games, including one start … Posted a 1.96 goals against average and a .905 save percentage … Made
14 saves in her lone start, but did not receive any offensive help in 1-0 loss at Niagara (12/10) … Played final 40 minutes against Mercyhurst (10/15), recording 19 stops on 22 shots, in first action of the season … Closed out 6-0 win over Robert Morris (1/7) with eight saves in final 29:41 of the contest … Did not allow a goal on six shots in 23:33 of play in 7-1 win over Rensselaer (1/28) … Also shut down Brown (2/18) with 14 saves in the final 38:05 of play in 3-1 loss in Providence … Allowed three goals on six shots in 16:43 of play in 6-2 loss at traditional powerhouse Dartmouth (2/24) in final action of the season.
SOPHOMORE YEAR (2004-05)—Provided Clarkson with a standout effort in nine games, including five starts … Posted a 2-1-3 record on an impressive .932 save
percentage and a 1.69 goals against average through 426:17 of play … Opened the season by recording a 4-0 shutout over league foe Union College behind a 23-save effort at Cheel Arena (10/17) to earned ECACHL Goaltender of the Week honors … Picked up her second shutout of the season and third of her career with 15 stops in 4-0 win over Vermont in Burlington (1/5) to gain mention on the league’s weekly Honor Roll … Posted a season-high 29 saves in 4-4 overtime tie against Wayne State (10/22) … Came off the bench to backbone Clarkson to a 3-3 tie at Providence (11/6) by making 20 saves on 21 shots through 48 minutes of play … Recorded third tie of the season by turning aside all 17 shots she faced through 48 minutes of action in 1-1 deadlock against Boston College in Lake Placid (1/2).
FRESHMAN YEAR (2003-04)—Started six of the 10 games she saw playing time in as the Knights’ number one back-up … Posted a .931 save percentage, a 1.97 GAA and a 4-2 record … Made 41 saves through 60 minutes of play in first collegiate action to backbone Clarkson to a 2-1 win at Cornell (11/8) … Gained 2-1 win over Bowdoin (12/7) with a 28-save outing … Shut out Sacred Heart (2/7) behind five saves … Also posted win over Colby (12/6).
