Oswego, NY - With a goal in the first overtime at the 95:39 mark, Oswego State sent the Clarkson University Women's Soccer team to their second straight 2-1 non-league loss Tuesday afternoon.

The Golden Knights dropped to 3-7 overall and Oswego State improved to 3-5-2. Clarkson returns to action this weekend when they visit Skidmore and Union in Liberty League play.

Jennifer Urquhart (Portland, ME) opened the scoring for the Golden Knights in the first half when she scored at the 20:17 mark. Linda Fernandez (Kennebunkport, ME) was awarded the assist.

Oswego State came back with a goal early in the second half from Maureen Kasperek. Kasperek also produced the game-winner in overtime for the Lakers.

Lauren Arredondo (Allendale, NJ) returned as Clarkson goalkeeper and made five saves while allowing the two Laker scores. Ahslee Distin made three saves for Oswego State.

The Lakers owned a 13-9 shot advantage and had nine corner kicks to Clarkson's three.
