KNIGHTS DROP 4-1 DECISION TO THOROUGHBREDS

Saratoga Springs, NY - Junior Morgan Cadwell scored twice as Skidmore downed the Clarkson University Women's Soccer team 4-1 Friday afternoon in a Liberty League conference game.

The Golden Knights dropped to 3-8 overall and 1-3 in the conference while Skidmore, ranked 10th in the New York Region, improved to 8-3-1 and 1-1-1. Clarkson visits Union tomorrow afternoon.

Freshman Emily Mahar (Baldwinsville, NY) scored the lone goal for the Golden Knights, tallying her first goal at the 8:06 mark in the first half on a restart.

Lauren Arredondo (Allendale, NJ) and Meagan Emlaw (Norwood, NY) combined to make five saves for the Golden Knights.
