Clarkson University Men's Lacrosse standouts Rudy Perales and Joe
Zebrowski were named to the 2004 STX-USILA Division III All-America team receiving honorable mention accolades.
Perales and Zebrowski played key roles for Clarkson this season as the Golden Knights, who finished with an 8-8 record, won the Upstate Collegiate Athletic Association (UCAA) Tournament and advanced to NCAA postseason play for the second time in the past three years. Zebrowski was named MOP of the UCAA Tr., while Perales was named to the league's all-tournament team.
A senior defenseman from Avondale, PA, Perales led the Golden Knights’ defense, which allowed only 31 shots and 9.14 goals per game. Starting all 16 games, Perales, a Clarkson tri-captain, collected 38 groundballs. He was named to the UCAA All-Star first-team squad.
A junior from Liverpool, NY, Zebrowski started eight games in the Knights' goal and posted a .619 save percentage, 7.28 GAA and 5-3 record. He also played seven games on defense and recorded 35 groundballs. Zebrowski, who also gained first-team UCAA honors, was an All-America Honorable Mention selection in 2003.
