As part of the continuing renovation to Jack Phillips Stadium at Snell Field, the Clarkson University Athletic Department is proud to present its new Fair-Play Scoreboard.
The Fair-Play scoreboard, model number BA-7127-2, was donated by Joan and Barry Fischer ’54 as part of the multi-phased project to improve the baseball facility that was named in honor of the late-Jack Phillips in May 2008. The facility has already seen improvements to the playing surface, and the future holds several other advancements, including stadium seating, a press box, a new clubhouse, and grandstand renovation as well as other upgrades.
The perfect size, including inning-by-inning scoring, the BA-7127-2 model is 27 feet wide and 10 feet tall and operates through wireless control. The scoreboard is designed with LED digits and indicators for long-life and economical power consumption.
