The Clarkson University Men’ Hockey program will be holding its 2009 Golden Knight Hockey Camp at Cheel Arena on July 5-10. Athletes, ages 8-15 years old, will benefit from three on-ice sessions per day as well as off-ice conditioning, activities, and classroom sessions discussing fundamentals of the game, concepts and strategy that will help them become better players and teammates.
The camp will be directed by Clarkson assistant coach Jean-Francois Houle. Current and past Golden Knights will also be counseling and coaching the campers.
Athletes, ages 8-15 years old, will benefit from three on-ice sessions per day as well as off-ice conditioning, activities, and classroom sessions discussing fundamentals of the game, concepts and strategy that will help them become better players and teammates. The camp will also cover other aspects related to hockey, such as equipment, nutrition and the importance of academics.
