Blackwell Earns Two More All-Star Honors

Though the season has been over for the Clarkson University Men's Soccer team for more than a month, senior Trevor Blackwell (Pittsford, NY) continues to rack up awards earning NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division III Men's All-East Region and ECAC Upstate all-star honors this week.

Blackwell was named an All-East Region Third-Team All-Star by the NSCAA, the coaches governing body, and he gained ECAC Upstate First-Team honors. A four-time Liberty League All-Star, Blackwell recorded seven points and tied for the team lead with three goals in 2014. He also was picked as a Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District honoree.

A three-time captain, Blackwell finished his collegiate career as one of the most decorated men's soccer players in recent Clarkson history. Despite playing his entire career on defense, Blackwell produced 16 career points with seven goals and two assists.
