CU Women's Soccer Raises Money for Nothing But Nets

Last Friday on the Cheel Lawn, the Clarkson University Women's Soccer team participated in the OSA World Juggle-A-Thon, which doubled as World Malaria Day.

Soccer players around the globe, including the Golden Knights and some on the U.S. National teams began skillfully juggling at 6:00 pm standard time, trying to break their personal records. The Golden Knights have joined in the effort to raise money from their friends, family, and members of the Clarkson community, who donated money towards the charity Nothing But Nets. As players came together to juggle, every $10 pledged and collected buys a malaria net for a person in Africa – a small price to pay to save a life.
