Leetz Named CoSIDA Academic All-District Winner

Junior midfielder Max Leetz, in his second year with the Clarkson University Men's Soccer team, became the latest Golden Knight student-athlete to earn top academic honors as he was voted as a CoSIDA Academic All-District 3 winner on Thursday.

Leetz, who possesses a 3.83 grade-point average in Engineering & Management, is just the ninth Clarkson men's soccer player to earn All-District honors from the CoSIDA organization. With 10 points, on four goals and two assists, Leetz ranks third on the team in scoring and has helped push the Knights to three double-digit scorers for the first time since the 2001 season.

Leetz is one of 14 players in the District 3 region that will advance to the national ballot, and he was also one of seven players from the Liberty League represented on the team.
