Another two goal effort from
Anthony Romano paced the Knights to a 7-1 win over Princeton tonight at Cheel Arena.
The Knights struck first when
Zach Tsekos and
Noah Beck staked the team to a 2-0 lead after one period of play. Romano would add his two early in the 2nd and
Luke Santerno along with
Ayrton Martino up 6-0. Princeton would finally break through on the power play, but
Tommy Pasanen would extend the lead back to 6 goals when he scored in the third.
Clarkson was 3 for 4 on the power play and held Princeton to 1-4 on their man advantage.Â
Jacob Mucitelli made 20 saves for his 6th win of the year.Â
Tomorrow the Knights will host the #2 ranked team in the country, Quinnipiac. Face off at 7:00pm
