New London, NH - Freshman Sarah Wesner (Sidney, NY) scored a team-high 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, but the Clarkson University Women's Basketball team fell to Suffolk University 69-58 in the Colby-Sawyer Tournament Saturday afternoon.

Senior Bridget Sweeney (Corning, NY) scored 15 points and added three rebounds while junior point guard Linda Fernandez (Kennebunkport, ME), an all-tournament selection for the Golden Knights, enjoyed another solid all-around game with 9 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists, and 5 steals. Freshman Mickala Henson (Waverly, NY) also added seven points and six rebounds for Clarkson, which fell to 0-2 on the season.

The Golden Knights return to action when they host Plattsburgh State at 4 pm on Tuesday.
