Biography
Before Clarkson: Lukas is a graduate transfer defenseman from Lake Superior State University where he played in 131 games over 4 seasons, accumulating 7 goals and 50 assists for 57 career points, along with 60 penalty minutes and a +12 rating. Kaelble (cal-blay) can defend and help on the power play, filling in right where Connor McCarthy left off. Before College, Lukas played for the Fargo Force of the United States Hockey League. Played two seasons (2014-15 and 2015-16) for the Jungadler Mannheim U19 team of the German Development League (DNL). Member of the German National Under 16 and Under 20 teams and played in the World Junior Hockey Championships U17, U18, and U20 Tournaments.

Personal: The 6'2" 205lb left-shot blueliner is from Mannheim, Germany will enter the
Masters of Business Administration Program at the Reh School of Business. He is the son of Frank and Michaela Kaelble...Has a sister Jannis Kaelble.....Also enjoys Tennis & Golf.
