The Clarkson University Athletic Facilities are given the following priority list for usage:

Clarkson University Intramurals
Clarkson University Clubs
Day to day recreation by Clarkson University students, faculty, staff & club members.

Policies & Procedures

All rentals must have the proper insurance as stated by the insurance and property office.

Any rental of Clarkson University Athletic Facilities for competitions will require a University Event Manager.

Any rental of Clarkson University Athletic Facilities for competitions that use a University scoreboard will require a University Scoreboard Operator.

Any rental of the Clarkson University swimming pool will require University approved lifeguards. 2 guards for up to 50 guests, 1 guard for each additional 25 guests.

Any damage caused by rental groups to the Clarkson University Athletic Facilities, equipment….. will result in damage fee charges to the rental group.

No pets allowed in any Clarkson University Athletic Facilities.
