WOMEN'S HOCKEY
Britney Selina
Sophomore, Forward - Thornhill, ONT

 Britney Selina, who recorded six points in the weekend sweep of Brown (5-0) and Yale (5-1) with two goals and four assists, set a Clarkson-record for points in season with 42. Through 31 games, the talented center has 17 goals and a school-record 25 assists. Selina was named ECAC Hockey Player of the Week for the third time this season. 

 

MEN'S HOCKEY
David Cayer
Senior, Forward - Longueuil, QUE

David Cayer scored the winning goal with 48 seconds left in overtime to lift the Golden Knights to a 4-3 victory at Brown last Friday. 

 

MEN'S BASKETBALL
Jonathan Hood
Freshman, Forward - Cortlandt Manor, NY

A freshman forward, Jonathan Hood, was named Liberty League Co-Rookie of the Week for the first time this season. Over the course of the two games, he averaged 8.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game. For the season, he is fifth on the team in scoring at 5.4 ppg, despite playing in just 16.6 minutes per contest. He also ranks second on the team in field-goal percentage among players with at least two attempts per game.

 

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Sierra Noles
Freshman, Guard - Averill Park, NY

Sierra Noles, who also shared her honor with a player from William Smith, earned her fourth selection of the season as Liberty League Co-Rookie of the Week. Noles, a freshman guard, averaged 8.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 2.5 assists per game in a pair of contests against Hamilton and William Smith. This year, Noles is scoring 6.4 ppg, and is also averaging 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 assist and 1.0 steals per game. Her 57 assists this year rank eighth in the conference, and are the most by a Clarkson freshman since the 2001-02 season.

 

MEN'S ALPINE SKIING
Kurt Naser
Senior - Arlington, MA

Kurt Naser won both events at the Skidmore Invitational, the final USCSA Adirondack Division race of the season, to take the combined title for the third time in five races this winter.

 
 

WOMEN'S NORDIC SKIING
Whitney Olson
Senior - Scotia, NY

- Whitney Olson won the women's 5k skate race at the USCSA meet at the Notchview Reservation Ski Center in Windsor, MA with a time of 15:10.

 

MEN'S NORDIC SKIING
Justin Tetlow
Senior - Fairport, NY

Justin Tetlow  won the 5k skate race at the USCSA meet at the Notchview Reservation Ski Center in Windsor, MA with a time of 13:50.
