"A two-year captain who helped lead the Green and Gold resurgence which lifted the Clarkson Hockey program back among the nation’s elite … A standout, solid two-way forward who helped the Golden Knights compile 78 victories from 2004-2008, two back-to-back 20-win campaigns (2006-07, 2007-08) for the first time in 10 seasons, an ECAC Hockey Tournament Championship (2007) and a conference regular season title (2008) along with making two consecutive showings in the NCAA Tournament (2007, 2008) for the first time since the late 1990s … Dodge, who earned All-America and ECAC Hockey All-Star honors, capped off his collegiate career by leading the Green and Gold to one of the most successful seasons in the program’s 86-year history in 2007-08 with a 22-13-4 overall record, a first-place 15-4-3 ECAC Hockey mark and Clarkson’s first NCAA Tournament victory since 1996 ... Completed his collegiate career by joining the Knights' elite Century Club with 124 career points on 52 goals and 72 assists through 150 games.

SENIOR YEAR (2007-08)— Selected as Best Defensive Forward in ECAC Hockey … Clarkson’s team captain, who did all the little things necessary to help the Golden Knights win the ECAC Hockey regular season title … Strong specialty teams player with four power-play goals and four shorthanded markers to go along with four game-winners … Set Clarkson career mark for shorthanded goals with nine … The Knights’ top faceoff specialists, winning over 57% of his draws … Posted a +8 plus/minus rating … Clarkson’s fourth leading scorer with 26 points (12-14) … Best outing was a two-goal, one-assist effort in 3-2 victory over nationally-ranked St. Cloud State at Cheel Arena (11/24) … Also scored twice in 3-1 win at Rensselaer (2/23) … Tallied seven points (4-3) in last eight games … Three of his last five goals were game-winners … Named ECAC Hockey Player of the Week once (11/16) and selected twice to league’s weekly Honor Roll (2/11, 2/25) … Was a  candidate for men's hockey division of 2007-08 Lowe's Senior CLASS Award … Selected to ECAC Hockey All-Academic team … Named Clarkson’s Paul J. One of the top faceoff men in the ECACHL, winning 56% of his draws (489-389) ... Posted a +12 rating ... Had nine multiple-point games ... Leads all current Knights in career points with 98 (40-58) through 111 games ... Scored a goal and an assist in 5-4 semifinal win over Dartmouth (3/16) ... Named CSTV/HCA National Player of the Month - December ... Named MVP of Badger Showdown after recording five points (4-1) in tourney ... Posted first career hat trick in 6-2 win over Wisconsin (12/29) and followed with a ppg and one assist in 3-2 victory over Lake Superior in championship game (12/30) ... SOPHOMORE YEAR (2005-06)—First sophomore at Clarkson to serve in a leadership role, as an assistant captain, since the 1981-82 campaign ... Selected as Bill Harrison Most Valuable Player ... Named an ECACHL All-Star, gaining third-team recognition ... A respected all-round player who made an impact in all facets of the game … Was just the third Knight over the past nine years to record 40 or more points, leading the Green and Gold in scoring with 16 goals and 25 assists playing in all 38 games ... Posted 20 points (7-13) in the last 20 games ... Tallied unassisted goal in Game 1 (3/10) of ECACHL Quarterfinal series at Cornell ... Recorded three assists in first-round sweep of Princeton (3/3-4) ... Tallied league-high fourth shorthanded marker of the season at Colgate (1/20)... . Set up two goals, including the game-winner, in 4-3 overtime victory at Union in Game 3 of ECACHL First Round series (3/6) … Opened Clarkson career with a power-play goal in season’s first game, a 4-2 loss at Providence (10/8) ... Tallied two assists in 4-1 win over Dartmouth (11/12) for first multiple-point game ... Named to ECACHL weekly Honor Roll once (2/14).

BEFORE CLARKSON—Served as team captain and was MVP for the Oakville Blades, coached by Frank Carnavele, of the Ontario Provincial Junior Hockey League (OPJHL) ... Tallied 79 points on 33 goals and 46 assists through 45 games in 2003-04 to lead Oakville to the OPJHL Western Conference Championship ... OPJHL All-Star and named League’s Fastest Skater ... 2002-03 Oakville Rookie of the Year.
