- After scoring just one goal and two points last season in his rookie campaign, defenseman Mark Borowiecki has emerged as a leading offensive force from the blueline. In 14 games this season he has tallied 11 points, including five goals. He has scored three goals and five points over the past three games. Four of those points during the road trip have come in the third period. Borowiecki scored twice at Boston College.
