RECORDS/TRADITION

One of the first sports offered by the school, basketball has been for more than a century at Clarkson University. National Basketball Hall of Fame member Ernest A. Blood was employed by the school just over a decade after the game was invented and led the Golden Knights to a 40-5 record prior to the first World War. In the decades since, Clarkson has seen a few All-Americans play on its hardwood, including recent graduate John Coleman (2015).
