Tim Marks was recently signed by the Norfolk Admirals to an American Hockey League Standard Player’s Contract for the 2010-11 season. Marks, 25, is a 6-foot-2, 217-pound forward from Brownville, New York. He joined the Admirals last season on an Amateur Tryout Contract following the conclusion of his collegiate career at Clarkson University. Marks appeared in each of Norfolk’s final 14 games, registering three assists and two penalty minutes. He made his professional debut on March 12 against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at Norfolk Scope Arena. Prior to joining the Admirals, Marks skated in 35 games with the Golden Knights, posting five goals and four assists with 70 penalty minutes. Over his four-year, 141-game collegiate career, Marks posted 14 goals and 22 assists with 164 penalty minutes at Clarkson.
