ATHLETES of the WEEK - January 14, 2013

	Men's Basketball Marques Charlton Junior, Guard - Deer Park, NY Marques Charlton had a flawless first half and finished with a career-high 32 points to lead Clarkson past Vassar College 75-67 on Saturday afternoon at Alumni Gymnasium. He shot 10-for-15 overall and 8-for-8 from the free throw line against the Brewers.

	Women's Hockey Brittany Styner Junior, Forward - Calgary, ALB Brittany Styner enjoyed a career-high, goal-scoring night in Clarkson's 2-1 win at Brown in Providence, RI Friday night with both Golden Knights goals.

	Women's Basketball Ashley Loggins Freshman, Forward - Albany, NY Ashley Loggins recorded 12 points and 11 rebounds against Bard on Friday, and followed with 15 points and 12 rebounds, including six offensive boards, to lead Clarkson against Vassar on Saturday at Alumni Gymnasium.

	Men's Hockey Greg Lewis Freshman, Goaltender - Mars, PA Greg Lewis gave Clarkson a chance to win both games over the weekend at Cheel Arena, stopping 62 of 67 combined shots against Brown and Yale. He posted 30 saves against the Bears on Friday and followed with 32 more on Saturday against the Bulldogs.

	Alpine Skiing Christian Perryman Junior, West Lebanon, NH Christian Perryman posted a pair of top 10 finishes for Clarkson over the course of two days at the Castleton Invitational, held at Pico Mountain. He came in eighth in the slalom (1:04.57) and took fifth (1:16.49) in the giant slalom.

	Swimming Nick Short Freshman, Endwell, NY Nick Short had a pair of top 10 finishes for Clarkson as the Golden Knights opened the 2013 portion of the schedule on Saturday at the annual Kumpf Invitational held on the campus of Rensselaer. Short had the two best scores of the day for the Knights, placing fourth in the 200 individual medley (2:05.83) and eighth in the 200 butterfly (2:07.42).
