A fierce blizzard hit the North Country on February 8, playing havoc with travel plans, but those 2,226 fans who ventured out to Cheel Arena on Friday night saw the Clarkson Hockey team play one of its best games of the year in knocking off 18th-ranked Union 2-1, snapping a nine-game losing skid to the Dutchmen.  - photo by Gary Mikel.
