Stephen Maxwell, Sam Zagrobelny, Jon Ketcham, and Paul Telesca of the Clarkson Swim team combined to set a new school standard in the 400 medley relay. The foursome shaved more than a second off the previous Clarkson standard, with Telesca finishing off the race at the UNYSCSA in 3:32.17, good enough for sixth place at the meet. The previous time was set 16 years ago.
