JUNIOR YEAR (2023-24):  Martino was again the team leader in assists, registering 18 helpers along with 9 goals…Had 3 game winning goals and 2 power play goals…Was named to the ECAC All Academic Team.

SOPHOMORE YEAR (2022-23): Led the team in scoring with 38 points on 9 goals and 29 assists...His 29 assists and 38 points were tops on the team...4th in the ECAC in Assists on the season...12th in the nation in assists per game...Named ECAC Third Team All Star...Named ECAC All Academic.

FRESHMAN YEAR (2021-22):  Played in all 37 games, scoring 7 goals and 22 assists for 29 points...Had 9 multi point games, his best being 1 goal and 3 assists against Union...A finalist for ECAC Rookie of the Year, he was named to the All Rookie team in the ECAC...Clarkson was 6-0-1 when Ayrton scored and 7-1-1 when he had a multi point game...Named the October Rookie of the Month for the ECAC and named ECAC Rookie of the Week on multiple occasions...Named to the ECAC All Academic Team.

Before Clarkson:  Ayrton (Air tin) is a dynamic 5' 11" left shot forward that was selected in the 3rd round in this summer's NHL Entry Draft, by the Dallas Stars.  Martino played 2020-21 for the Omaha Lancers of the USHL where he had 18 goals, 38 assists for 56 points in 38 games.  He was named to the USHL All Rookie team along with USHL 2nd Team All Star. 

Get to know Ayrton: Martino is a native of Toronto and is studying Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the Reh School of Business.  Graduated from De La Salle High School in 2020.  Father is Dino Martino and Mother is Susy Guadagnin....Has a younger brother, Giacomo Martino...Also enjoys Golf and Chess.
