SOPHOMORE YEAR (2023-24):  Julia was one of the top goalies in the ECAC despite playing behind the ECAC Goalie of the Year in Michelle Pasiechnyk...In over 500 minutes of action she allowed 0.57 goals against...Went 8-0-1 with 5 shut outs, posting a .965% save percentage...15th in the nation for shutouts...just missed the minutes played requirement to be best in the nation for GAA...Named to the ECAC All Academic Team and an AHCA/Krampade Academic All American.

FRESHMAN YEAR (2022-23):  Started 6 games and appeared in 9 for the Knights...Posted a 4-1-1 record....First start was a 2-1 win over Sacred Heart on 9/24...Had a 2.14 goals against average and .863 save percentage...Named ECAC All Academic.

The back of the Hockey Card:  Julia is a goalie from Laval, QC…Catches Left…Played in 19 games for 1105 minutes with the John Abbott Collège Islanders.   She had a 1.89 goals against average and .906 save percentage.

Get to know Julia:  Daughter of Sonia and Robert, has two brothers, Jonathan and Kevin… Communication Major…Graduated from College Letendre in 2019 and then graduated from John Abbott College  CEGEP in 2022…Enjoys playing soccer…Won personality of the year in high school grade 10 and grade 11.

Why Julia chose Clarkson:  “As soon as I met the coaches and visited Clarkson for the first time, it was clear to my parents and I that Clarkson was the place for me. The coaches automatically made it feel like home. I also chose Clarkson because of the close relationship the community has with the school, everyone knows everyone and I think that is great.”
