Box Score The Knights jumped out to a 1-0 lead at Quinnipiac in game one of the best of three series on a goal from Kristina Schuler, but were unable to hold the lead and eventually dropped a 5-1 decision to the Bobcats.

The Knights out shot the Bobcats 37 to 31 but fell behind in the second period thanks to goals from Saltness and Hoskin and then two more in the third (one on the empty net) finished off the game for Clarkson.

Both teams went 0 for 1 on the power play.

The two teams will hit the ice again at 3:00 pm on Saturday, the Knights will need a win to force a deciding game on Sunday.
