#3 Ranked Knights host Robert Morris

The Golden Knights finish a 4 game home-stand this weekend with AHA's Robert Morris.  The Knights are 4-0 and ranked third in the nation after a weekend sweep of Vermont last week.

Clarkson's took two wins at RMU last fall, 5-1 and 2-1 and leads the all time series with 9 wins, 1 loss, and 2 ties.  RMU split with Union to open the season, giving former Knight's Assistant and now Union Head Coach, Tony Maci his first win.

Clarkson is the top scoring team in the nation, tied with Wisconsin at 34 goals and leads the nation with 93 total team points.  Haley Winn is the 2nd leading scorer in the Nation with 11 points and Nicole Gosling is tied for 3rd in the nation with 9 points.  The Knights have 20 players that have registered with at least 1 point.

On the defensive end, the Knights have only given up 3 goals in 4 games.  Their .750 GAA is 6th best in the nation.  Coach Desrosiers has been able to platoon goaltenders, Julia Minotti and Holly Gruber, each posting 2 wins.  Minotti will get the start in net today vs the Colonials.

The rookie skaters have taken little time to contribute, Raedyn Spademan, has 4 goals and 3 assists, good for 4th best point total on the team.  Jenna Smellie has 2 goals and 2 assists in her first 3 games.  The transfers have also made an immediate impact, Sidney Fess has 3 goals and 6 total points, Caroline Goffredo has 2 goals and 2 assists, while Madison Chantler has chipped in 3 assists.

Today's game is a 3 pm start and will be on ESPN+ and internationally on Stretch.  Fans are reminded that tomorrow's game will be a 2:00 pm puck drop, with a Clarkson Hockey Tailgate immediately after the game leading up to the Men's 7pm puck drop with Notre Dame.  Fans can enjoy the music of local favorite, SFM, food truck from Little Italy and City Dawgz.   There will also be a bounce house for kids and a beer tent for fans.
