VOLLEYBALL
Katie Benson
Sophomore - Ashton, MD/Sherwood

-  Katie Benson was awarded the Liberty League Rookie of the Week for the fourth consecutive week and seems well on her way to conference rookie of the year honors. Benson came up with 81 digs and three aces for the week from her libero position. Her 374 digs rank as the highest total in the conference and her 36 aces also lead the Golden Knights.


MEN'S SOCCER
Scott Marcinkowski
Freshman, Striker - Wappinger Falls, NY/Roy Ketcham
 
- Scott Marcinkowski helped Clarkson to its first win of the season when he tallied his first collegiate goal in the Golden Knights 1-0 victory over Hobart on Saturday.




WOMEN'S SOCCER
Catie Reed
Sophomore, Striker - Lafayette, NY/Tully

-  Catie Reed scored a goal and assisted on two others as Clarkson picked up its fourth victory of the season with a 5-0 shutout over crosstown rival Potsdam State Tuesday. She also tallied the Knights' lone goal at Hamilton on Friday. 

CROSS COUNTRY
Kirstin Schillemat
Senior - Nelson, NH/Keene

- Kirstin Schillemat continued her strong senior campaign for the Golden Knights with a 12th place showing at the highly competitive Ronald C. Hoffmann Invitational at St. Lawrence University on Saturday afternoon. Schillemat finished the 6 kilometer race with a time of 24:13 to lead the Golden Knight Women to a fourth-place finish out of 10 teams.
 
 

WOMEN'S TENNIS
Shannon Hopkins
Junior - Amsterdam, NY/Amsterdam

- Shannon Hopkins won twice at number one singles to help lead Clarkson to wins over Wells (6-3) and Russell Sage (9-0).



 

GOLF
Alex Sorensen
Sophomore - Easton, CT/Notre Dame Catholic

- Alex Sorensen was Clarkson's top finisher at the Williams Invitational over the weekend. Sorensen shot a score of 157 (76-81) to tie for 45th.
