More than any other team in the conference, the Clarkson University Volleyball team had four players selected to the Liberty League All-Star team for their outstanding performances in 2009. Senior Jenna Stock (Johnstown, NY) and Sara Artus (St. Regis Falls, NY) were each selected as First-Team All-Star members.

Stock, a senior setter, has been named to three Liberty League All-Star teams in her career, gaining first-team status as a sophomore in 2007. Stock leads the conference in assists (9.42 aps) and is Clarkson's all-time leader with more than 3,500. She also has one of the top hitting percentages in the league at .312 and has 42 aces. Stock is the only player in Clarkson history with 1,000 assists, 1,000 digs and 500 kills.

Artus, a sophomore outside hitter, has had an historic season for the Golden Knights. Named the Liberty League Championship Tournament MVP, Artus easily leads the league in kills with 498 and ranks in the top 20 in the country in kills per set (4.33). She also ranks in the top 10 in hitting percentage (.233) to go along with 255 digs and 32 aces.

Joining Stock and Artus as Liberty League All-Stars are junior Alison Schroeder (Webster, NY) and sophomore Megan Mahon (Irvine, CA), who were each selected as Second-Team All-Star members. Schroeder, who gained conference all-star status as a freshman, is among the conference leaders in digs with 599 total and 5.21 digs per set. Clarkson's all-time leader in digs with more than 2,000, Schroeder, also ranks among the leaders in aces this season with 42.

Last season's conference Rookie of the Year and a First-Team All-Star, Mahon is among the top 10 in the conference in aces (46), kills (291), and hitting percentage (.214). Mahon also became the fastest player in Clarkson history to reach 700 kills, and she is also just nine kills shy of becoming only the second player in Golden Knights' history to have 300 kills in each of her first two seasons (Heather Sill 2000-01).
