New Haven, CT - A late rally fell short and a six-game unbeaten stretch came to an end for the Clarkson University Hockey team on Saturday night as the Golden Knights fell to defending national champion Yale 6-3 at Ingalls Rink.

Clarkson, which had to settle for a split on the road in the opening weekend of ECAC Hockey play, defeated Brown 4-3 on Friday night in Providence, RI. The Green and Gold, who suffered only their second loss of the season, stand at 7-2-1 overall. The Knights close out a four-game conference road trip at Dartmouth and Harvard next weekend.
