11/28/2018 12:10:00 PM

ECAC Hockey play resumes for Clarkson University this weekend as the Golden Knights look to build upon a three-game winning streak. Clarkson, which last played in a league game on November 3, hosts Brown and Yale at Cheel Arena this Friday and Saturday, respectively. Both games are 7:00 p.m. face offs.

The  Golden Knights will host a Special Hockey Fights Cancer Game against the Brown on Friday.

Guided by eighth-year head coach Casey Jones and assistants Josh Hauge and Brent Brekke, the Knights are ranked 17th in the USCHO.com poll with a 7-4 overall record and own a 1-1 ECAC Hockey mark. Clarkson is six points out of first with four games in hand on current leader Quinnipiac.

Clarkson completed its recent stretch of four consecutive non-league games by knocking off St. Lawrence 6-2 at Saturday's Thanksgiving Faceoff in Lake Placid. The Knights and Saints will meet up again next weekend with a conference home-and-home series to close out play before the exam/holiday break.
