• The Knights hold a commanding 74-40-8 lead over Yale. The teams have played evenly recently with the series tied 2-2-1 over the last five games and 3-3-4 over the last 10. Yale snapped a two-game losing skid in the series with a 2-1 victory in Potsdam on December 1.
• Clarkson holds an 8-1-1 advantage over Brown in their last 10 meetings and controls the series, which first began in 1952, to 67-19-9. The Knights, who are unbeaten in the last five games of the series (4-0-1), skated past the Bears 5-1 at Cheel Arena on November 30.
• Clarkson has added freshman defenseman Cam Ginnetti to the roster for the second semester. A 6-0, 200-pound native of Vancouver, BC, Ginnetti will add depth to the Clarkson blueline, which has been hampered by injuries. He played his first collegiate game on Saturday, helping the Green and Gold to the win over RPI. Ginnetti, 20, was playing for the Cedar Rapids Roughriders of the USHL. He played in eight games, picking up two assists, after being traded from the Omaha Lancers, where he was an assistant captain. He picked up five assists in 17 games for Omaha.

The NCAA's active leader in career shutouts with 14, Kielly has three whitewashes this season (tied for 5th). During the current six-game winning streak, he posts a .954 SP and a 0.986 GAA. Kielly ranks tied for 7th on the Green and Gold's all-time win list with a 52-32-11 career record. He was named MVP of the Desert Hockey Classic, gained ECAC Hockey October Goaltender of the Month honors and  has earned ECAC Hockey goaltender of the Week accolades three times this season (11/5, 11/19, 12/31). Kielly was named one of the 20 Division I goaltenders to the watch list for the 2019 Mike Richter Award, which annually honors the most outstanding goaltender in the NCAA.
• Junior co-captain Nico Sturm leads the Green and Gold's balanced offensive effort with 23 points on team-high nine goals and a team-high14 assists. He has tallied at least one point in 18 of the first 20 games, and has a current seven-game point streak with eight points (3-5) since December 7. • A pair of defensemen follow closely behind on the scoring charts with senior Aaron Thow chipping in16 points (5-11) and junior Greg Moro recording 15 (5-10).
• Thow has made a big offensive impression during the current win streak with at least a point in each of the last six games with three goals and four assists since December 8.
• After matching his career-high for assists in a game by setting up all three goals in the 3-2 OT win at Vermont (1/6), Moro recorded his first career two-goal game with a pair of power-play markers in the win over RPI. Four (a team high) of his five goals have come on the power play.

For the year, the Knights are 84.4% (65-77) on the penalty kill, 18th in NCAA.
• The last team to score with the man-advantage over the Knights was Yale for the game-winner in its 2-1  victory at Cheel Arena on December 1.
