Winners of five of its last six games, Clarkson University takes to the road this weekend for ECAC Hockey battles vs Brown and Yale in New England. The Golden Knights, guided by ninth-year Head Coach Casey Jones, Associate Head Coach Josh Hauge and Assistant Coach Mike Towns, will face off against the Bears at Meehan Auditorium in Providence, RI on Friday and then take on the Bulldogs at Ingalls Rink in New Haven, CT on Saturday. Both games are 7:00 p.m. faceoffs.

Both games can be viewed live streamed on ESPN+ (US) and StretchInternet (international).

Ranked 8/9th in the national polls, Clarkson owns an 8-3-1 overall record and stands in fourth place in the ECAC Hockey standings with a 3-1 league mark. The Green and Gold are coming off a weekend split at Cheel Arena where they were edged by 3rd-ranked Cornell 4-2 on Friday before skating past Colgate 5-1 on Saturday.

• The Knights' line of sophomore center Josh Dunne (2-1), left wing, graduate student Devin Brosseau  (0-4) and senior right wing Haralds Egle (1-2) accounted for three goals and seven assists in the 5-1 victory over Colgate. The trio rate 1-2-3 on the Clarkson scoring chart.
• Clarkson's Captain, Brosseau leads the Green and Gold in scoring with 17 points, including a team-high 12 assists. Brosseau set up four goals in Saturday's 5-1 win over Colgate to reach the century mark with 37 goals and 63 assists through 126 career games. He became the first Golden Knights to record four assists in a game since January 3, 2004 when John Sullivan '05 had four helpers in an 8-2 win over Mercyhurst. Brosseau was ECAC Hockey Student-Athlete of the Year in 2018-19.
• Dunne is making a big impression in his second season at Clarkson. Hampered by injuries at the start of last season, the 6-4, 210-pound forward has been a force so far this year with 14 points on seven goals and seven assists. An assistant captain, who was named ECAC Hockey Player of the Month for October, Dunne shares the team lead in plus/minus with a +7. He is coming off his second career three-point outing with two power-play goals and one assist in Saturday's win over Colgate. Dunne is tied for third in the nation in power-play tallies with five.
• With points in each of the last three games, Egle owns the longest current point streak for the Green and Gold. He has tallied at least one point in seven of the last eight games, including two goals and three assists over the past three. Egle rounds out Clarkson's double-digit scorers with 12 points (4-8). Egle projects to be the next Golden Knight to reach the century mark with 85 career points (34-51) in 115 games.
• Clarkson's offense is 22nd in the nation in scoring, averaging 3.08 goals per game. The Golden Knights are receiving a balanced effort with 14 players scoring goals and 20 of the 22 skaters recording at least one point.
• In the weekend series at Cheel against Cornell and Colgate, six different players accounted for Clarkson's seven goals with Dunne scoring twice.
• Frank Marotte, the graduate transfer form Robert Morris continues to impress for the Golden Knights in the crease. Marotte, who was named ECAC Hockey Goaltender of the Month for October, has continued his standout play into November. Having played every minute in the Clarkson goal, Marotte posts a .935 save percentage, (11th in the nation), and a 1.91 goals against average (14th in the country). He has the most win (8) overall of all ECAC Hockey goaltenders and has played the second most minutes (723:01).

Clarkson's string of successful kills ended at 25 on Friday when Cornell scored on its lone power play of the night for the game-winner. The Knights shut down Colgate on its three man-advantage opportunities on Saturday.
• Clarkson was 4-of-10 (40%) on the power play over the weekend, including a 3-of-8 effort in Saturday's win over Colgate. Overall, the Green and Gold are clicking at 20.9% (9-43) with the man-advantage (21st in the nation).
