Once again the Knights threw 40+ shots on net and got goals from Gabrielle David and Darcie Lappan to post a 2-1 win over Sacred Heart.  For David, it was her second goal in as many games and pulls her to within 1 point of 100 career points.  

Clarkson started Freshman, Julia Minotti in net where she made 10 saves on 11 shots over the 60 minutes. .

Darcie Lappan got her first goal as a Golden Knight and her 3rd point on the season.  

Clarkson went 1 for 5 on the power play, while allowing 1 goal against on 4 chances for the Pioneers.  

Next weekend the Knights will host Bemidji St in a two game set starting with a 6pm face off on Friday night.  

On Saturday the Knights will host the Beavers at 2:00 pm and will be honoring the Olympic Six during the game.  Jamie Lee Rattray, Renata Fast, Erin Ambrose, Ella Shelton, Sav Harmon, and Micheala Pjzlova all played in the 2022 Winter Olympic Games for Canada, USA, and Czech Republic.  Check back on clarksonathletics.com or Clarkson Women's Hockey on Instagram for more details.
