POTSDAM, NY - Clarkson was able to hold the high-powered offense of Quinnipiac at bay for much of the game but in the end, the #2 ranked Bobcats would leave Cheel with a 3-0 win.
The teams would go scoreless in the first period, with the Bobcats holding a 10-6 shot advantage.
In the 2nd period, Collin Graf would get Quinnipiac on the board at 6:03 when a shot bounced up over the glove of Haider.
The 3rd period would see the Bobcats score just 21 seconds after the puck drop to extend their lead to 2-0. TJ Friedmann would sneak the puck in for Quinnipiac. Then at 13:11 Sam Lipkin would get an unassisted goal to make it 3-0.
Ethan Haider would make 30 saves in the loss. The Knights were 0 for 1 on the power play while holding Quinnipiac to 0 for 2 on the power play.
