The Clarkson University Athletic Hall of Fame was established at the University to recognizes those individuals, who either through participation, support, or interest, have made outstanding contributions to Clarkson athletics, and who have helped bring recognition, honor and distinction to the University. The inaugural class, consisting of 15 members was inducted in the Fall of 1992.  

Clarkson to Induct Eight into Athletic Hall of Fame in July, 2008

Six outstanding student-athletes, a legendary coach and a renowned benefactor of Golden Knights Athletics were inducted into the Clarkson University Athletic Hall of Fame on July 11 during the University’s annual Summer Reunion. Clarkson honored Bob Empie ‘68, Ed Kinney ‘47, Larry Martin ‘92, Stephanie Sealer ‘95, Fred Silver ‘68, Kevin Zappia ’79, Bill Harrison, and Murray Walker. The eight members of the Class of 2008 marked the sixth induction class into the Clarkson Athletic Hall of Fame.

In Clarkson's induction ceremony on July 13, 2007, four former Golden Knight athletic standouts, a legendary coach, and a major benefactor were inducted into the Clarkson University Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, July 13 during the University’s annual Summer Reunion. Clarkson honored Cathy Champion-Demers ‘84, Dan Fay ‘66, Ed McMahon ‘91, Terry Yurkiewicz ‘66, Len Ceglarski and Ernie Richmond ‘42.
